Often the most high-profile face on a cruise ship, the Cruise Director is responsible for all on-board hospitality, social events and of course, entertainment.  The Cruise Director has an enormous remit to ensure that all passengers have the holiday of a lifetime.  Supported by an Assistant (or Deputy) Cruise Director and a team of entertainment officers, this role suits those with an entertainment background who can command respect, authority and the attention of everybody on-board.  As the public face of the cruise line, it is not a role for the faint-hearted!
