As the name suggests, Assistant Cruise Director’s (ACDs) assist the Cruise Director in all areas of onboard hospitality and are also required to deputise in place of the Cruise Director where necessary.

Ideally from an entertainment background, ACDs also possess the necessary skills required to help manage a lively show team, interact with the passengers and also liaise with senior management on the ship.
